1、Introduction
Current sense amplifiers are amplifiers that detect current by measuring the voltage drop across a resistor in the current path, and they are commonly used in applications such as motor drives, LED lighting, and power management. i-CORE's AiP8199 is a zero-drift, bidirectional current-sense amplifier that senses the voltage across a sense resistor under a common-mode voltage range of -0.2V to 30V. It offers six fixed gain options and can serve as a drop-in replacement for the INA199, frequently utilized in high-side and low-side current sensing, battery charging, and power management systems.
